4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through PesePay. Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except in cases of failed orders. Failed or partially completed orders are automatically refunded to your wallet balance proportionally.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party platform's terms of service knowingly, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to SMP's systems. Abuse of the dispute system or fraudulent refund claims may result in account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
SMP is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms regarding your account. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SMP, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
